The predominant seasonal Influenza virus strain circulated in epidemiology week 42 was Influenza virus A/H3. The overall incidence of Influenza-like-illness (ILI) and Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) were 31/ 1000 outpatient visits and 14/ 100 hospitalized patients respectively in sentinel sites. The most affected population is children under 15 years age. Two acute respiratory infection/influenza outbreaks were reported from schools.
