Influenza activity continued to remain lower than the alert threshold but above the national baseline in the country. Influenza B/Victoria circulated predominantly. The Influenza-Like Illness (ILI) associated laboratory-confirmed influenza cases were detected in all the age groups 0-1 and 5-64 years old. The laboratory influenza confirmed SARI cases were detected in below 1 year of age only. No influenza-associated SARI death reported.
