Five suspected cases of bacterial meningitis were reported: of those two from JDWNRH and one each from Sarpang and Samtse Hospital. All were in the age group of 1-11 months. Two suspected case of Pertussis were reported from JDWNRH; none were tested positive. Twenty-seven suspected measles cases were reported; none were tested positive for measles and rubella IgM. Four malaria cases ( two from Sarpang, one from Samtse and one from Phuntsholing hospital) were reported during the month. An outbreak of Influenza B and two outbreak of Chickenpox were reported. All outbreak occurred in Schools.
