The most predominant virus type found in the sentinel sites in the week 24 were Flu A/H3 and Flu B. Overall incidence of Influenza-like-illness (ILI) and Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) were 16/ 1000 outpatient visits and 10/ 100 hospitalized patients respectively and the highest incidence of ILI was reported at Tsirang Hospital. Punakha Hospital has reported the highest incidence of SARI.
