The most predominant virus type found in the sentinel sites in the week 33rd was Influenza B/Yamagata. Overall incidence of Influenza-like-illness (ILI) was 13/ 1000 outpatient visits, the highest incidence being reported from Paro Hospital. Incidence of severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) was recorded at 9/ 100 hospitalized patients and the highest incidence being recorded at Samtse Hospital.
