The most predominant virus type found in the sentinel sites in the week 37 was Influenza B. Paro hospital recorded highest incidence of Influenza-like-illness (ILI) which was 14/ 1000 outpatient visits while Samtse hospital recorded highest incidence of Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) which was recorded at 12/ 100 hospitalized patients.
