FluView_ILI & SARI Surveillance Report for Week 29, 2016

The most predominant virus type found in the sentinel sites in the week 29 was Flu A/H3. Overall incidence of Influenza-like-illness (ILI) and Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) were 14/ 1000 outpatient visits and 6/ 100 hospitalized patients respectively and the highest incidence of ILI both was being recorded at Paro Hospital. Samtse hospital reported the highest incidence of SARI.
