The acute respiratory infection (ARI) increases (3273) compared to previous week (3234) across the country in week-7, and it remains similar to ARI median of previous five years (Figure 1). Influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 was found most predominant strain (58.8%). Influenza positivity rate for this week was 28.8% (17/59) which is higher than the previous week, however, it remains below alert threshold (Figure 2).
