Investigation and active surveillance of Acute Heamorraghic Syndrome conducted by Punakha Hospital and District Health Authority

On 19th September 2015 following recommendation from PHL Chief Mr. Sonam Wangchuk, a team comprising of medical officer, Dr. Thupten Palzang, GDMO and Tashi Norbu, ADHO visited Tempakha village under Chubu geog to conduct investigation and active surveillance from where a suspected acute haemorrhagic syndrome was notified by Punakha hospital CMO.
