The most predominant virus type found in the sentinel sites in the week 35 was Influenza B. Overall incidence of Influenza-like-illness (ILI) was 9/ 1000 outpatient visits, the highest incidence being reported from Paro Hospital. Incidence of severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) was recorded at 8/ 100 hospitalized patients and the highest incidence being recorded at Samtse Hospital.
